Privacy notice

What this site collects

If you press Send request on the contact page, we save the business name, your name, an email or phone number, your preferred contact time, and any business need you provide. We also save the page where your visit began and campaign tags in its link, if present. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and understand which outreach brought requests. Campaign details are saved with your request even if you turn off analytics. We do not ask for patient or payment details. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your request. The sample call recordings, voice studio clips, and portraits are fictional and generated; they are not customer calls.

Live browser conversation

If you choose “Talk to Jolly now” and allow microphone access, your browser sends live audio to Jolly Answer, which connects to our voice processing service so Jolly can respond. The voice service credentials stay on our server and are not sent to your browser. The conversation is limited to five minutes. Your browser displays speech transcripts during the call, but this site does not store call audio or transcripts. With your agreement, Jolly can prepare your contact details in this browser for your review on the contact page. We save them only if you check the consent box and press Send request. Do not share payment, health, or other sensitive details in the demo. You can end the conversation at any time or revoke microphone access in your browser. Our voice processing service handles the audio needed to respond during your call.

Analytics

On jollyanswer.com, analytics runs by default unless you have turned it off. Jolly Answer records page visits and actions such as sample plays, browser demo starts, conversation duration, and requests sent. We use a browser session ID to count tracked visits and actions. We do not include transcripts, call audio, or contact details in analytics events. Google Analytics may receive the same action names. Contentsquare, also known as Hotjar, may record site interactions and session replays to help us improve the page. We mask the contact form and live conversation transcript from those replays. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled in our Google tag.

Changing your choice

Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to turn analytics off or back on. If you previously chose “No thanks,” that choice remains in effect. Turning analytics off stops new Jolly Answer analytics events and tells Google and Contentsquare to stop tracking from this browser. It does not erase events already recorded. Contact us if you want help with a data request.

Future phone demos

A live phone callback and appointment booking are planned but not available yet. We will update this notice before enabling real calls or recordings through the website.
